NEOM Funded is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment firm, investment adviser,

financial adviser, money manager, payment institution, or electronic-money institution.

NEOM Funded does not accept or manage client deposits, does not hold client funds, does

not execute orders on financial markets, does not offer financial products or financial

instruments, and does not carry out any regulated financial-services activity. The Services

provided by NEOM Funded are software and educational services and do not require

authorisation from any financial-services regulator.

All trading on the NEOMAAA Funded platform is simulated. All accounts are demo accounts

funded with fictitious virtual balances. Participants do not trade real assets, do not transmit live

market orders, and do not acquire any economic exposure to any underlying market. All

references to "funded accounts" or "capital" refer exclusively to simulated, non-withdrawable

allocations within the evaluation programme. Any monetary recognition issued by NEOM Funded under its Benefit Program is a discretionary performance-based reward.

CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain inherent

limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual

trading. Also, because the trades have not actually been executed, the results may have underor over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight.
