We want a fair market for everyone. Some practices give an unfair edge, exploit the simulated environment, or break the spirit of the program — they are not allowed on Evaluation or Funded accounts.
Market & execution abuse
Exploiting pricing errors, latency, server delays, or quote glitches
Using external data feeds, alternative price sources, or signal services to gain timing advantage
Tick scalping, latency arbitrage, or any HFT-style strategy designed to exploit execution
Use of AI tools, scripts, or technology built to manipulate quotes, spreads, or fills
Coordinated & multi-account abuse
Coordinated trading across multiple accounts (yours or with others) — same trades, opposite trades, or hedged exposure split across accounts
Arbitrage between your accounts, or between your account and a third party's account
Account cycling, one-sided betting, or martingale-style overleveraging designed to game the evaluation
Strategy switching
Passing Evaluation with one strategy and trading a materially different strategy on Funded
Your Funded behavior should reasonably reflect what you did on Evaluation
Gap & event abuse
Holding or opening positions specifically to capture weekend/market-closure gaps (no new entries in the final window before scheduled closures of 2 hours or more)
News trading violations on Funded (see C1)
Program & infrastructure abuse
Strategies designed to exploit Add-Ons, Reward Buffer, Recognition Tier, or any benefit program
Account sharing, third-party trading on your account, or giving login credentials to anyone
Shared VPS, public computers, or trading environments shared with other NEOMAAA Funded participants
VPN/proxy use to disguise location or circumvent restrictions
What happens if you breach
Proportionate ladder based on severity and intent:
Warning + trade nullification
Exclusion of affected trades from results
Account suspension pending review
Termination of account
Permanent ban from NEOMAAA Funded
Clawback of rewards obtained through prohibited activity
All activity is on simulated capital
We monitor continuously and review flagged accounts
